mellow yellow!

This is the best possible picture that I can get using all the resources that I have , hope to see improvements though :) 

I am wearing this yellow, pleated, mullet skirt which is from my sisters store,got it for only Php.150 :D
I also bought the blazer for Php.10-15 yup you're reading it correctly. I paired this with a sleeveless shirt and topped it with a blazer since the original idea was summer outfit but I decided to cover it up since I'm suppose to go to church which didn't happen because it rained!  Thanks for visiting :) see you again :)
