Liang Mei Nail Polish Remover

It’s my new discovery this week!  I bought it for Php 15, I went to the other side of the street and found other store sell it for Php 35 maybe some stores sell it for Php 10 :D 

I love doing nail art 

It looks like a baby wipe , fruit scented and  around 40 sheets .

It's made of raw crude and plant material, it's oil base that it doesn't dry easily

Perfect for travel, you don’t have to carry it in a bottle.  Mess free

Etude House Oh-m’ Eye Lash

I purchased this base coat from Etude house because it claims to:

1. Protect the lashes

2. Makes the lashes looks longer

This is my second time purchasing this because I lost the other one. It costs Php 199 ($4 USD). There are other mascara that is buildable to achieve this look of lashes without the base coat I just got it for added protection and for my lashes to look longer and thicker.

Throwback :Travel Destination: Coron, Palawan, Philippines Sept 2011

Yes, i am a tourist to my own Country :).I have been hearing beautiful comments  about this place from one of our Peace Corp Volunteer from US , not exactly in Coron but Palawan.

 I was in grade school then so i was like, okey! .

   What can we see in Palawan? Beaches! Beautiful white sand beaches. I live in a Mountainous area so beach is something that always amazes me. It’s not like i’ve never been to the beach , our place is 

two hours drive to the beach and it’s always our destination during New Year but the beaches in 

Palawan is the best i’ve ever been so far but if you are in a budget ,doesn’t have the luxury of time 

and near Baguio City, you can also go to Ilocos which is like 4 hours drive ,  they do  have beautiful white sand beaches.

It was called  twin lake lagoon because there is another lake on the other side of this lagoon, it's kinda hidden. We have two options to reach the other lake, either you climb the rocks or you submerge into the water passing through the rocks. I don't know how to swim so I climbed the rocks hehe

I bought this BB stick in the Philippines for Php 150 ($3.00 USD) the price  depends on the store where you bought it. It’s 10 grams. I got the shade #01 Fresh, this is the closest color to my skin tone that i was able to find at the store.

Marrionaud Brushes

I have these brushes for more or less than two years so you can see scratches on the ferrule of the brush. I love that it comes in an individual package that you get to choose the brush you prefer and in my case since i have been bringing some of the brushes at work, one of them got lost and i was able to replace it without purchasing a set.

I did not purchase the powder brush because i already found a powder brush which works fine , soft ,sturdy and inexpensive  @ 99 pesos which i purchased at a local store.

 N33-Foundation Brush , i used this for like three, four times only, i'm still not used to wearing foundations

I use the angled brush for shaping my eye brows. The spoolie is used for removing clumps after mascara application and it's for distributing pigment for bold brows or just grooming  errant hair

 N39 another tool for removing clumps and distribute colors of your brows although i prefer the spoolie to do the trick but this is great for grooming stray hairs.

 N34 concealer brush, i haven't really used this for concealer, i use it for my cream eye shadow

N37  Pencil brush for precise application and definition of the bottom eyelid with shadow, or doing detail work in the crease.  

*great quality, the hair did not shed after a few times of washing them

For quality and functionality i would rate these brushes as 8.5/10 .

FS (Fanny Serrano) Moisturific Lipstick

I have been hearing so many good reviews about FS cosmetics. So i decided to try it myself, this is the first product that i got from this brand.

There were two package designs , this and the black color. (same price Php 299) I got this because I have the impression of water/moist from the color which i have been looking for in a lipstick and most of my lipsticks package comes in black.

Since I’m purchasing an expensive lipstick (at least to me it is expensive ) I would like to get my money’s worth. I would like to get a lipstick that I could wear everyday, something I could wear in the office, if I just want to hang out with my friends and something I could wear comfortably in any situation and occasion.

The sales representative recommended the shade: Poppy Pepper. It’s a peachy brown, nude color with a hint of pink. It glides smoothly ,matte and it does not have a pungent smell.
